Alexandra Lee is an Australian-trained Physiotherapist with over 6 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Her practice centres on musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, with a strong focus on restoring movement, improving function, and supporting patients as they return to daily activities and sport.
Her experience also includes working in an NHS Emergency Department in the UK, where she assessed and managed patients in a busy acute-care setting. This has given her a practical approach to rehabilitation that takes into account both the immediate problem and the patient’s longer-term recovery.
Combining manual therapy, orthopaedic assessment, and targeted rehabilitation programmes: including Clinical Pilates and Reformer-based work; Alexandra tailors every treatment plan to the individual, whether the goal is returning to competitive sport or simply moving through daily life without pain.
