Dr. Soni is a highly experienced Knee and Sports Orthopaedic Surgeon, trained in both the UK and the US, and holds board certification. Previously based in Central London at “The London Sports Surgery Clinic,” which he founded in 2016, Dr. Soni also held a substantive NHS Consultant post at Olympic Park/Homerton University Hospital, where he served as Director of Orthopaedic Education and Research.

With a high-volume tertiary level practice, Dr. Soni focuses on complex soft tissue knee pathology, hip/shoulder arthroscopic surgery, and hamstring injuries, having successfully performed over 7500 procedures. Dr. Soni completed his surgical training in London and Leeds, obtaining FRCS before pursuing a pre-CCT Knee Fellowship in Leeds. He was then accepted into the prestigious Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship program at the renowned University of Pittsburgh Center for Sports Medicine. Under the guidance of Dr. Freddie Fu and Dr. James Bradley, he honed his advanced arthroscopy skills for knee , hip , and shoulder procedures. First i would like say Thanks so much to dear Dr. Ashish soni, when I took my son to him he was suffering from shoulder injury (slap lesion) definitely we didn’t know what and why this happens. My son is a swimmer most commonly swimmers get this injury. The way Dr. Explained and made us so comfortable half his confidence came back. He did PRP in orthopro clinic, such a huge and nice clinci. I am 56 years old and weigh 100 Kgs so when i had a Posterior root tear on my left knee I was really concerned especially as I also have some osteoarthritis!I did my research to find the right surgeon in India and Dubai as it is a complex surgery especially for someone in my situation, I am so glad I chose to go with Dr. Ashish he is an extraordinarily well trained Surgeon!I did not need pain medication after the second day and had flexibility in the knee really quick ie by the 2nd week post op I guess he really was very precise and did the very minimum tissue handling!He was kind enough to be available at odd hours to answer any questions that I had, It has been 7 weeks post op now and I am fully mobile after 6 weeks of the non weight bearing period!I cannot thank my stars enough to have had Dr. Ashish as my surgeon he is truly blessed with a great surgical hand.
